Opening Doors to Education, One Child at a Time

AMP believes in creating opportunities for students to realise their aspirations through education. The Ready for School (RFS) Fund was set up in 2002 to fulfil this purpose. Education plays a continuous role in all spheres of life. A good education creates a multitude of opportunities and is key to breaking down barriers to success.

Every dollar raised will make a difference to our students’ lives by providing them with opportunities to realise their aspirations through education. With educational costs expected to increase in the coming years, AMP hopes to raise enough funds to provide an equal opportunity for deserving students in their pursuit of higher education.

1. AMP Education Bursary

The AMP Education Bursary offers monetary assistance to students who are pursuing their diploma and degree education. The bursary award seeks to recognise their academic achievements and be a source of motivation for them to strive harder in their studies.

We provide financial assistance in the form of bursaries to support students in their educational journey. Diploma students are eligible for a bursary of $500, while degree students can receive $1,000. Additionally, all recipients are required to attend a compulsory personal development workshop to enhance their skills and prepare them for future success.

2. AMP x Salleh Marican Foundation STEM Study Award

In collaboration with 2nd Chance Properties Limited, the AMP-2nd Chance STEM Study Award aims to encourage Malay/Muslim students who are pursuing their undergraduate studies in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics courses, and prepare them to be part of the STEM-related workforce in the future.

We offer a Study Award of $2,000 as part of our assistance program.

3. Socio Educational Assistance

The Socio Educational Assistance provides socio-educational assistance for selected school going students needing additional support. This is to ensure students from disadvantaged families will not be left behind in their educational pursuit.

Socio-educational assistance includes tuition classes, school holiday programs, part-time madrasah, and coverage for examination fees, as well as transport or EZ-Link reimbursements.
